I must preface this review by saying that as I write this, I'm remembering the beautiful flavours on my palate and I just want to run back for more. Someone told me about a new spot in Boro Park that I must try out so of course, I immediately made a U-Turn from wherever I was and headed to BP.Hubby and I walked in to an empty restaurant (soft opening -- by the time we left they were packed) and were warmly greeted by the owner Shlomo who told us we may sit anywhere as a waiter brought over water and menus immediately. Scanning the menu, my heart started racing and all my stomach was all kinds of happy. The innovation and style in the products on the menu is well beyond what I've tasted in BP or in the kosher world. We ordered the following items and each and every one of them had worlds of complexion within unlike I've ever seen before. -Liver Guacamole Eggroll --- Multiple heavens opened their doors to this delicatessen. I'm not a fan of liver or guac on its own but together they make a fabulous team and at B+Q they elevated it to a new level.-Beef Mushroom Barley Soup --- One bite in and I knew there was a secret ingredient unlike I've ever had before. The broth is made from all kinds of bones and marrow. The art of taking something so simple and heightening the experience goes to show that anything is possible if you try.-Crazy Chicken Sandwich --- This was my husbands sandwich. Halfway through he was so full but kept championing on because it was so good. -Marrow Burger --- Ok, this burger is an absolute must get. Don't ask, just get it. Inspired by a juicy lucy, the owner invented a burger you'll be dreaming and raving about for years. As I said, "I want to run back for more".-Chicken Nuggets --- The one thing I've always complained about in fast food chicken nuggets is either they over fry it or under fry it. Then I met perfect and no other chicken nugget will ever be good for me. The nuggets I tasted here were perfectly fried. Soft, crispy and so tasty. -Mint Lemonade (Incredibly Refreshing)I'd like to point out that they create all their sauces in house including the bread crumbs. Their sauces are unlike any I've tasted locally. So much depth, thought and pairing went into them. I'll end by saying I'm not a huge fan of Kosher but when a place has it, there's just no arguing against it. Burgers + Q has 10000% elevated my kosher experience and I can't wait to go back for more and see what else they have in store. If you're looking for top notch food, I recommend you stop whatever you're doing and head over. read less
